- How do I transition from Basic Deposit Account (BDA) to Regular Savings Account (RSA)?
a. BDA: Account is Greater than 1 year
*For the first time log in, a prompt will appear to upgrade to RSA. Another option, is to go to Account, and then click Upgrade to RSA on the top portion of the screen
- Upload Primary ID
- Capture video selfie
- Enter SSS transaction number (*Note: If you don’t have SSS transaction number, you may skip this step)
- Validate details from the ID captured
- Enter employment details
- Submit
- Wait for the verification. TAT is 24 hours (*Note: While waiting for the verification, customer may still use the app)
- Customer will be notified once the account has been fully verified.
b. BDA: Account is Less than 1 year
