- PROMO ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to all DiskarTech users who have successfully opened a community verified or fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) (“DiskarTech User”). These DiskarTech Users must make at least one qualified in-app bills payment transaction during the specified promo period to earn a raffle entry and a cashback.
2. PROMO PERIOD
October 15 – December 31, 2023.
3. PROMO OFFER
DiskarTech will have “Get a chance to win (“Sagot Ko, Bill Mo”) up to Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) bill rebate” promo to five (5) Qualified Users per month. Winners will be selected in online raffle draws during the Promo Period.
This is open to all DiskarTech Users who have successfully paid their bills of Participating Billers using the DiskarTech App with a minimum bill payment of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000). A cashback amount of Fifty Pesos (P50.00) shall be given to all successful first time bill payers whose minimum bill payment is One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00)
Participating Billers: Electricity, Water, Credit Card and Internet
Meralco, Visayan Electric, Davao Light & Power, Manila Water, Maynilad, PrimeWater, Converge, PLDT, Globe, Smart and Bankard.
DiskarTech Users earn raffle entries by making any of the identified bills pay in-app transactions. Each transaction has a corresponding limit of qualified transactions per month. At the end of each month during the Promo Period, DiskarTech will award five (5) winners of the “Sagot Ko , Bill Mo” raffle promo..
- PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)
USER QUALIFICATION AND ACCOUNT TYPES
A. The promo is open to all verified users of DiskarTech who have successfully created a restricted verified or fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) (“DiskarTech Account”).
B. To successfully create and verify a DiskarTech Account, a user must:
- be 18 years old and above
- be a Filipino citizen
- be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)
- have an ID-type (Primary or Secondary IDs) accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (for the full list of accepted Primary or Secondary ID-types, please visit https://diskartech.ph/faqs/)
C. Fully Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Primary ID.
D. Community Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Secondary ID.
QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS
E. General Mechanics
- DiskarTech Users must have successfully paid their bills from the DiskarTech app during the Promo Period.
- DiskarTech Users can pay bills by navigating to the DiskarTech applications “Pay Bills” function. The User will select the biller they would like to pay for, and input the required information that differs per biller available. Users must pay for a bill worth at least Php 1,500.00-2,000 to qualify for the rebate and earn raffle entries per successful transaction. Raffle and Cashback qualifications are subject to further verification as detailed in Promo Incentives Section (F and G).
- For DiskarTech Users whose DiskarTech Accounts will exceed the maximum DiskarTech BDA balance of PhP 48,000.00 upon crediting of the incentive, the DiskarTech User has the option to withdraw, transfer, or use their existing money balance to accommodate crediting of the incentive amount to maintain the DiskarTech BDA threshold of PhP 48,000.00. The incentive will only be credited to accounts with not more than the maximum threshold
- Multiple payments made to the same Participating Biller despite having different billing account numbers, or multiple payments made to the same biller for the same billing, are still classified as a payment to one (1) unique biller. Bills payment transactions must be full payments of actual billed utilities and services. Splitting or partial payments of bills are not allowed. A sample computation is as follows:

PROMO INCENTIVES
F. Raffle (Sagot Ko, Bill Mo)
- Qualified transactions of both new and existing bill payers with a minimum bill spend of P2,000.00 per unique account number of transactions per biller can earn raffle entries and a chance to win a 100% cashback of the highest paid bill per month within the Promo Period capped at P3,000. Five (5) winners will be chosen per month within the Promo Period through a raffle draw. A User can only win once in the raffle draws for the entire Promo Period.
- The deadline for earning raffle entries is October 31, November 30, and December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time
- Winners will be drawn on a monthly basis on November 6, December 5, and January 4, 2024, at three o’clock in the afternoon (3PM), at RCBC Office A.T. Yuchengco Centre, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, to be witnessed by a DTI representative via Google Meet.
- The announcement of raffle winners will be announced anytime within 48 hrs from the draw on DiskarTech’s official Facebook page.
- Prizes will be credited directly to the DiskarTech account of the raffle winners within thirty one (31) days from the official announcement. The prizes are non-expiring.
- The raffle winners will be notified via registered mail, in-app, and SMS to their DiskarTech-registered mobile number. A DiskarTech representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity.
- By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
- All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user will be qualified for one raffle entry.
- Prize will be credited upon confirmation of consent to post the name, photo, and other details of the winner and, if applicable, fulfillment of maintaining the aforementioned ADB threshold.
- Should a winner not be able to provide his/her consent within three (3) business days after their draw date, RCBC will proceed in crediting the prize to the winner’s account provided it does not breach the ADB threshold.
G. Cashback (DiskarTipid Bill Mo)
- Qualified transactions of first time bill payers with a minimum bill spend of P1,500.00 will receive a cash rebate of Php 50.00 to be credited to the user’s DiskarTech account.
- Only the first successful bills pay transaction during the promo period will be incentivized, the user is entitled to a maximum rebate cap of Fifty Pesos (Php 50.00) only for one (1) first successful bill payment transaction within the promo period.
- Crediting of the incentives shall take place within two (2) business days after the qualified transaction.
F. Promo Scope and Limitations
- Before the approval of the promo, DTI representative will be invited to verify the electronic system to be used for the promo.
- DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw. The entries shall be presented to the DTI representative before the drawing of winners. Transaction details may be checked to validate the drawn winners. The sponsor shall submit to the DTI the list of complete names, address, contact number of the winners and their corresponding prizes.
- Winners of raffle draws will be disqualified from succeeding draws during the Promo Period.
- Transactions deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo. Raffle and Cashback claimed from transactions deemed to be fraudulent will be subject to clawback.
- Splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
- Taxes, if any, will be shouldered by RCBC.
- All employees of RCBC, its affiliates, its advertising agencies including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity shall be entitled to the rebates but are disqualified to join the raffle draws of “Sagot Ko, Bill Mo”.
- In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.

4. FEATURE MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)
USER QUALIFICATION
A. The Promo is open to all verified users of DiskarTech who have a community or fully verified BDA (the “DiskarTech Account”) and who complete the Tasks and Missions for this Promo (“Qualified User”).
B. To successfully create and verify a DiskarTech Account, a user must:
- be 18 years old and above
- be a Filipino citizen
- be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)
- have an ID-type (Primary or Secondary IDs) accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (for the full list of accepted Primary or Secondary ID-types, please visit https://diskartech.ph/faqs/).
C. Fully Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Primary ID.
D. Restricted Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Secondary ID.
DISKARTECH MISSIONS FEATURE
E. DiskarTech’s Missions feature will allow Qualified Users to earn corresponding cash rewards (“Reward”) whenever they accomplish specific actions or transactions (“Tasks”) that are found in the DiskarTech application.
F. DiskarTech users may access DiskarTech Missions through the “Mission” button on DiskarTech’s lower panel home screen.
G. DiskarTech users can find the different tasks upon clicking the relevant Mission. Missions are categorized by the feature to be used/action to be done. Tasks involved for this Promo are as follows:
- Log-in to DiskarTech App Task– The user must log-in to the DiskarTech app. Accomplishment of this task is limited to 1x/day during the promo period.
- Users will earn PHP 0.25 each day for logging in to the DiskarTech application.Once users have completed the required log-ins for the month, User is eligible for the Mission Reward under Log-in.
- Total number of tasks for this mission depends on the number of days in the month.
- E-Load purchase Task – The user must purchase any of the available load products and load promo offerings in DiskarTech; The load product must be at least PHP 50.00 in value.
- Users will earn 5 pesos for every valid/eligible transactions (for the month)Once User have completed the number of tasks for this mission, user is eligible to claim the Mission reward for E-load.
- Total number of tasks for this mission per month is Ten(10).
- E-Pin purchase Task – The user must purchase any of the gaming, utility, or prepaid pins available on DiskarTech; The e-pin product must be at least PHP 50.00 in value.
- Users will earn 5 pesos for every valid/eligible transactions (for the month)Once User have completed the number of tasks for this mission, user is eligible to claim the Mission reward for E-Pin.
- Total number of tasks for this mission per month is Five(5).
- Bills payment Task – The user must pay any available biller on the DiskarTech app. The bill paid must be at least PHP 100.00 in value.
- Users will earn 5 pesos for every valid/eligible transactions (for the month)Once User have completed the number of tasks for this mission, user is eligible to claim the Mission reward for Bills Payment.
- Total number of tasks for this mission per month is Three(3).
H. Upon completion of all Tasks found under each Mission, the Qualified User will receive a Mission Reward with the following value:
- Log-in – PHP 25.00
- E-Load Purchase – PHP 25.00
- E-Pin Purchase – PHP 25.00
- Bills Payment – PHP 25.00
Missions rewards will be credited to the User’s DiskarTech account upon completion.
I. The Missions feature will refresh on the following dates:
- October 1, 2023
- November 1, 2023
- December 1, 2023
Upon refreshing, all Tasks, including the ones already completed by users, will be reset.
TASK REWARDS AND MISSION REWARDS
J. Upon completion of a Task, Qualified Users may claim the corresponding Task Reward. The Task Reward will be credited directly to the Qualified User’s DiskarTech Account real-time upon claiming by clicking the “claim” button in the Missions tab in the app.
K. Completion of all the Tasks of a Mission and the claiming of all the Task Rewards will mean that the Qualified User accomplished the Mission and will entitle the Qualified User to a corresponding Mission Reward detailed in 4.H, which will automatically be credited to their DiskarTech Account when claimed.
L. Users who fail to claim their rewards during the promo period will have their unclaimed rewards credited to their DiskarTech Accounts following the details found in 5.C.
5. Awarding of Cash Prizes and Rewards
A. Task Reward – upon completion of a Task, the user must claim the corresponding Task Reward by clicking the claim button in the Missions tab in the DiskarTech app. The Task Reward will be credited directly to the user’s DiskarTech Account real-time upon claiming the Task Reward.
B. Mission Reward – Mission Rewards will be credited automatically to the user’s DiskarTech Account for completing all Tasks within the Mission. Note that completing all Tasks means performing all transactions, in accordance with the specific conditions, and claiming all Task Rewards. A Mission Reward will not be credited if the user has either not completed required Tasks or has missed claiming a Task Reward.
C. Unclaimed rewards will still be credited to the DiskarTech user’s accounts within seven (7) business days from the end of the Promo Period.
D. Rewards may be claimed and credited to the user’s DiskarTech Account only if crediting such will not cause the balance of such account to exceed DiskarTech’s PHP 48,000.00 maximum balance limit. For users whose balance will exceed the maximum balance, the user has the option to withdraw, transfer, or use their existing account balance to accommodate crediting the Reward amounts.
6. Promo Scope and Limitations
- Transactions deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo. Rewards claimed from transactions deemed to be fraudulent will be subject to clawback.
- Taxes, if any, will be shouldered by RCBC.
- In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.

QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS
A. Outgoing Fund Transfer
a. DiskarTech users can transfer funds via InstaPay to all InstaPay-participating banks or e-wallets.* There is no minimum amount required for this transaction to qualify for the incentive

B. Buy Load
a. DiskarTech users can purchase load by navigating through the DiskarTech application’s “Buy Load/E-Pins” function. The user will input the mobile number to receive the load, as well as select the relevant telecommunications provider for the mobile number. Users must buy a load product to qualify.
C. Pay Bills
a. DiskarTech users can pay bills by navigating to the DiskarTech applications “Pay Bills” function. The user will select the biller they would like to pay for, and input the required information that differs per biller available. Users must pay for a bill to qualify for the incentive.
D. Buy Insurance
a. DiskarTech users can purchase insurance by navigating through the DiskarTech application’s “Insurance” function. Users must buy an insurance product to qualify.
E. Claiming of International Remittances
a. DiskarTech users can claim their international remittances by navigating to the DiskarTech applications “Remittance” function. Users must have successfully claimed their remittances to qualify for the incentive.
F. Buy Telemedicine
a. DiskarTech users can get access to telemedicine by navigating to the DiskarTech applications “Telemedicine” function. Users must buy a telemedicine product to qualify for the incentive.

A. Upon making qualified transactions, users will receive a cash incentive of Php 50.00 to be credited to the user’s DiskarTech account.
