1.  PROMO ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to:

●       All new successfully verified DiskarTech users who have opened a Basic Deposit Account (BDA) using DiskarTech Negosyantech code AAAA1489 within the promo period will receive a fifty pesos (Php50.00) cash incentive credit upon successful creation of a fully verified DiskarTech account.

●       All new successfully verified and restricted DiskarTech users who have opened a BDA using DiskarTech Negosyantech Code AAAA1489 within the promo period will also have a chance to earn an additional Php 50.00 cash credit for each of the following usage transactions if performed within the promo period.:

2.  PROMO PERIOD

3.  PROMO OFFER

New DiskarTech account holders who opened a fully verified DiskarTech account during the promo period using the Negosyantech code: AAAA1489 shall earn a Php50.00 cash incentive upon the creation of a fully verified DiskarTech account.

New restricted and fully verified DiskarTech account holders who used the NegosyanTech code shall also be eligible to a Php50.00 cash incentive upon first cash-in worth at least two hundred pesos (Php200.00) to his/her DiskarTech Account during the promo period.

New restricted and fully verified DiskarTech account holders who used the NegosyanTech code shall also be eligible to a Php50.00 cash incentive when they pay their bills via the Bills Payment feature of the DiskarTech App for the first time during the promo period.

4.  PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)

USER QUALIFICATION

  1. The promo is open to all new fully verified users of DiskarTech who have created a fully verified DiskarTech BDA during the promo period using the NegosyanTech code
  • To successfully create and verify a DiskarTech Account, a user must:

o   be 18 years old and above

o   be a Filipino citizen

o   be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)

o  have an ID-type accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (Please refer below for the kinds of acceptable IDs)

  • To create a fully verified DiskarTech Account, the user will need to submit any of the following primary IDs upon undergoing DiskarTech’s Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process:
    • Passport
    • Driver’s License
    • Unified Multi Purpose ID
    • Social Security System (SSS) ID
    • Postal ID (issued 2016 onwards)

NEGOSYANTECH REFERRAL CODE

  • Each verified DiskarTech user will have had to register using the unique 8-digit alphanumeric NegosyanTech Code assigned for the duration of the promo period: AAAA1489

6.      AWARDING OF CASH PRIZES AND REWARDS

Crediting of cash reward(s) shall take place within 48 hours of account creation or transaction date, as applicable.

7.      PROMO SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

  1. Transactions and referrals deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo.
  2. Taxes, if any, will be shouldered by RCBC.

    The promo offer will only apply to qualified load transactions made on the following dates:

  3. PROMO OFFER
    DiskarTech will provide a five percent (5%) rebate for e-load purchase transactions made by DiskarTech Users during the specified dates in the promo period.

    DiskarTech Users can also earn a one hundred percent (100%) rebate on their qualified e-load
    purchase transaction/s via an electronic raffle to be held at the end of the Promo Period. DiskarTech
    Users will earn a raffle entry every time they make an e-load purchase of at least Three Hundred
    Pesos (PhP300.00). There will be twenty (20) raffle winners.
  4. PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)

    USER QUALIFICATION and ACCOUNT TYPES

    A. The promo is open to all verified DiskarTech Users who have successfully created a restricted or
    fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) (the “DiskarTech Account”).

    B. To successfully create and verify a DiskarTech Account, a user must:
    o be 18 years old and above
    o be a Filipino citizen
    o be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)
    o have an ID-type accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (for the full list of accepted IDtypes, please visit https://diskartech.ph/faqs/)

    C. Fully Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his
    DiskarTech account using an accepted Primary ID.

    D. Restricted BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his
    DiskarTech account using an accepted Secondary ID. A restricted user can upgrade his
    DiskarTech account at any time if he/she can provide an accepted Primary ID to DiskarTech.

    E. Qualified DiskarTech Users must have successfully purchased a qualifying E-Load product from
    the DiskarTech app during the dates listed in the Promo Period.

    PURCHASE PROCEDURE

    F. E-LOAD: DiskarTech Users may purchase by navigating through the DiskarTech App’s “Buy
    Load/E-Pins” function. From there, the DiskarTech User will be requested to select the network
    of the product they are purchasing. Thereafter, the list of different regular load and load promo
    products for that network will be displayed, along with a prompt to input the mobile number
    the DiskarTech User is purchasing for. DiskarTech Users can complete the transaction by
    selecting the product they would like to purchase, and entering the one-time password (OTP)
    that will be sent to them via SMS through the number registered in their DiskarTech App. The
    User’s DiskarTech Account balance will be deducted the corresponding amount of their
    purchase.

    PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS, REBATES, AND SCHEDULE OF REBATES

    G.

H. DiskarTech Users who purchase any Smart, TNT, Globe, TM, or Cherry Mobile load product will
get a five percent (5%) rebate on their transaction amount, so long as the purchase is made
from 00:01AM to 11:59 or 23:59PM of the corresponding dates listed in 4.G.

I. DiskarTech shall credit the rebate within two (2) business days following the date of the
successful e-load transaction.

ELECTRONIC RAFFLE ENTRIES

J. DiskarTech Users will earn one (1) raffle entry for each qualified e-load transaction made during
the dates listed in the promo period.

K. The e-load purchase transaction must be worth at least Three Hundred Pesos (PhP300.00).

ELECTRONIC RAFFLE SCHEDULE OF DRAWS

L. At the end of the Promo Period, an electronic raffle draw shall be held to pick twenty (20)
winners from the pool of qualified promo entries. Each winner’s prize will be equal to one
hundred percent (100%) of their winning transaction.

M. Raffle draw dates and coverage are listed below:

N. A DiskarTech User may only win once in the electronic raffle regardless of how many entries
he/she will accumulate during the promo period.

  1. GENERATION OF QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS
    A. Qualified transactions will be generated by DiskarTech in separate reports for each promo day
    listed below.

    B. Generation of qualified entries for the raffle draw will be done on these dates:

C. Qualified promo transactions must be done from 00:01 AM of the start of each entry period to
11:59 PM of each corresponding day.

  1. SELECTION OF WINNER
    A. All qualified transactions will be generated by the Operations Team of RCBC DEIG (Digital
    Enterprise and Innovation Group). Data generation will take into account the requirements for
    the qualified transactions to qualify for the promotion.

    B. The winners will be selected randomly in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry
    (DTI) representative on the date mentioned in section 4.M. and 5.B. of the promo mechanics.

    C. Winners will be announced in DiskarTech’s Facebook page within five (5) business days from the
    draw.
  2. REBATE CREDITING FOR QUALIFIED E-LOAD TRANSACTIONS

    A. The rebates of all qualified DiskarTech Users will be credited to their respective DiskarTech
    Account via electronic fund transfer within two (2) business days following the date of
    successful e-Load transaction.

    B. For DiskarTech Users whose DiskarTech Accounts will exceed the maximum DiskarTech BDA
    balance of PhP 48,000.00 upon crediting of the rebate, the DiskarTech User has the option to
    withdraw, transfer, or use their existing money balance to accommodate crediting of the rebate
    amount to maintain the DiskarTech BDA threshold of PhP 48,000.00. Rebate will only be
    credited to accounts with not more than the maximum threshold.

    RAFFLE WINNERS

    C. An SMS and an e-mail notification will be sent to the winning DiskarTech Users to inform them
    that their prize will be credited to their DiskarTech Account within three (3) business days from
    the draw date. The SMS and email notifications will be sent to their existing contact details in
    the DiskarTech app.

    D. Winners must provide their photos to DiskarTech for promo winner announcements prior to the
    prize being credited to their DiskarTech account.

    E. All qualified DiskarTech Users who join this promo hereby agree to waive bank secrecy, privacy
    or data protection laws in relation to this promo and consent to the posting of their names,
    photos and other particulars, as may be determined by RCBC, in DiskarTech’s pages for promo
    winner announcements.

    F. For winners whose DiskarTech Accounts will exceed the maximum BDA balance of PhP
    48,000.00 upon crediting of the prize money, the winner has the option to withdraw, transfer,
    or use their existing money balance to accommodate crediting of their prizes to maintain the
    BSP-mandated BDA threshold of PhP 50,000.00.

DiskarTechPreneur Bootcamp and Competition

MECHANICS OF THE DISKARTECHPRENEUR BOOTCAMP AND COMPETITION:

I. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Participating teams must have 5 senior high school student members and 1 coach/adviser. Each school can field in a maximum number of 3 teams.
B. At least one team member should have a fully verified DiskarTech account.
C. Participating teams must be enrolled in public or private senior high schools located in NCR or CALABARZON.


II. TIMELINE
A. Submission of entry for the elimination round will be on July 15, 2022 until September 15, 2022.
B. Entries must be submitted in PDF file and must not exceed 5MB in file size. with the file naming format: GROUPBUSINESSNAME_SCHOOLNAME_SCHOOLDIVISION_REGION_DATEOFSUBMISSION.pdf to https://forms.gle/diuG24NtorCjhGvv7

C. The top 20 teams for the elimination round will be announced on September 23, 2022.
D. September 26 – September 30, 2022 (Week 1) will be the Bootcamp Round.
E. Live selling event on DiskarTech TV every Fridays & Saturdays starting Week 2. The schedules are as follows:
■ Week 2 – September 30-October 1, 2022
■ Week 3 – October 7-8, 2022

F. Announcement of Winners will be on October 31, 2022.

III. ELIMINATION ROUND

  1. Each participating team must submit a business case presentation following the content outline provided by DiskarTech. The presentation must highlight the following three (3) key main points. Some key questions are provided below to serve as a guide in creating the business case.

a. Business Case containing the Product “Big Idea” (40%)
○ What is the Product “Big Idea”?
○ Who are your target customers?
○ What is your competitive advantage?

b. Social Media Marketing Strategy (30%)
○ How will you utilize social media as a marketing tool?
○ Which platforms will you include as part of your social media marketing strategy?
○ What kind of social media marketing strategy will you employ?

c. Business Execution Strategy (30%)
○ What is your business execution strategy?
○ How will you achieve your sales and revenue targets?

  1. All business cases are to be implemented ONLINE. This means business cases must focus on setting up an ONLINE BUSINESS VENTURE.
  2. Business Case entries to the elimination round must be submitted in PowerPoint format saved as a PDF version. Each team has the liberty to visualize their submissions using graphics and other visual aids.
  3. Cite your sources accordingly

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING FOR THE ELIMINATION ROUND

a. Business Case/Product “Big Idea” – 40 percent
b. Social Media Marketing Plan/Strategy – 30 percent
c. Business/Sales Execution Strategy – 30 percent

IV. BOOTCAMP ROUND

Only the Top 20 teams (10 from NCR & 10 from Region IVA) who passed the elimination round will make it to the bootcamp round where each team will be mentored by designated RCBC and DiskarTech managers. They will also attend a one-day webinar with industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

After the bootcamp, each team will receive a seed money from DiskarTech as initial capital.

V. DISKARTECHPRENEUR VIRTUAL BAZAAR

The Diskartechpreneur Virtual Bazaar will be the final round of the competition where students will be given one (1) month to execute their business plans through online live selling on any of their chosen platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, etc). Each team will also be given a specific schedule to be part of the
DiskarTech TV Channel to conduct one episode of live selling.

1.  PROMO ELIGIBILITY

  • all successfully verified DiskarTech users who have opened a Basic Deposit Account (BDA) and generated a NegosyanTech Referral Code during the Promo Period – to receive the sixty pesos (Php 60.00) standard referral incentive for Standard Referrals, and up to one hundred forty pesos (Php 140.00) successful referral incentive for Successful Referrals.

3.  PROMO OFFER

Under the Money2Many sa Anibersaya Promo, users (the “Referring User”) must use their NegosyanTech Code to refer other individuals (the “Referred User”) to download the DiskarTech Application and create a DiskarTech Basic Deposit Account (the “DiskarTech Account”). The Referring User shall earn a referral incentive worth sixty pesos (Php 60.00) for every Standard Referral made. The incentive will be credited to his/her DiskarTech BDA Account within two (2) business days from the successful verification of the Referred User’s DiskarTech Account.  A Standard Referral is when the Referred User opens a fully verified DiskarTech account. The Referring User will not earn the sixty pesos (Php 60.00) referral incentive if the Referred User only creates a restricted DiskarTech Account within the allotted time period.

The Referred User who successfully creates either a restricted or fully verified DiskarTech Account using the Referring User’s Negosyantech Code will earn twenty pesos (Php 20.00) incentive to be credited to his/her own DiskarTech Account within two (2) business days after account approval.

The Referring User may earn Successful Referral Incentives when the Referred User completes certain transactions within the Promo Period, as follows:

B. A DiskarTech Account may either be restricted or fully verified.

a. Fully Verified DiskarTech Account – which allows the DiskarTech User to use all the features of the DiskarTech Application; or

b. Restricted DiskarTech Account – which limits the DiskarTech User to a total monthly account limit of Php 5,000 and limited to cash-in, buy load and e-pin, bills payment and purchase teleconsultation transactions

C. To successfully create a Fully Verified DiskarTech Account, a user must:

o   be 18 years old and above
o   be a Filipino citizen
o   be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)
o   have an ID-type accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App(Please refer below for the kinds of acceptable IDs)

D. To create a Restricted DiskarTech Account, the user will need to submit any of the following secondary IDs upon undergoing DiskarTech’s Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process:

a. Valid School ID with school year
b. Government Services and Insurance System (GSIS) e-card
c. Senior Citizen Card
d. Philhealth Card
e. PWD ID Card
f. Company ID
g. Government Office ID

E. To create or upgrade to a Fully Verified DiskarTech Account, the user will need to submit any of the following primary IDs upon undergoing DiskarTech’s Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process:

a. Passport

NEGOSYANTECH REFERRAL CODE

F. Each Fully Verified DiskarTech user will have a unique 8-digit alphanumeric NegosyanTech Code which can be accessed through the “Mag-Invite ng Friends sa DiskarTech ” found in the Account section of the DiskarTech app.

SHARING THE NEGOSYANTECH REFERRAL CODE

G. Under “Mag-invite ng Friends sa DiskarTech”, the Referring User is able to:

a. Copy the NegosyanTech referral code; or
b. Send the NegosyanTech referral code to their contacts via SMS or other communication apps installed in their respective devices.

REFERRAL INCENTIVES AND INSTRUCTIONS

H. Once the Referred User receives the NegosyanTech referral code from the Referring User, he/she must download the DiskarTech application and likewise create a DiskarTech Basic Deposit Account (the “DiskarTech Account”) which can either be Restricted or Fully Verified.

I. STANDARD REFERRAL – A referral will only be considered a valid Standard Referral if the Referred User accomplishes all of the following conditions:

a. The Referred User inputs the Referring User’s NegosyanTech Code during their own DiskarTech Account registration; and
b. The Referred User passes DiskarTech’s know-your-customer (KYC) process and creates his/her own Fully Verified DiskarTech Account or upgrades to a Fully Verified DiskarTech Account within ten (10) days after the last day of the Promo Period. The date when the abovementioned steps have been accomplished is considered the date of account creation.

J. SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL – A referral will be considered a Successful Referral if the Referred User has completed any of the following transactions within the Promo Period:

a. One (1) cash-in transaction for a minimum cash-in amount of Php 200.00;
b. Two (2) bills payment transactions;
c. One (1) e-load purchase transaction worth at least Php 50.00.

The Referred User’s DiskarTech Account does not need to be a Fully Verified DiskarTech Account in order for transaction to count as a Successful Referral for the Referring User.

K. STANDARD REFERRAL INCENTIVE – The Referring User may receive sixty pesos (Php 60.00) standard referral incentive for every Standard Referral. The maximum number of referrals for each Referring User shall be a total of one thousand (1,000) Successful and/or Standard Referrals,* subject to a maximum Referral Incentive of one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000.00) for the duration of the Promo Period. The Referred User may receive a maximum of twenty pesos (Php 20.00) incentive for his/her successful opening of a Restricted or Fully Verified DiskarTech Account.

L. SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL INCENTIVE – The Referring User may earn Successful Referral Incentives for the following Transactions Types:

a. One (1) cash-in transaction  for a minimum cash-in amount of Php 200 within the Promo Period will entitle a one hundred peso (Php100.00) Successful Referral Incentive;
b. Two (2) bills payment transactions within the Promo Period will entitle a twenty peso (Php20.00) Successful Referral Incentive;
c. One (1) e-load purchase transaction within the Promo Period will entitle a twenty peso (Php 20.00) Successful Referral Incentive.

Successful Referral Incentives are subject to the following limitations:

a. Each Transaction Type shall earn only one Successful Referral Incentive. Any succeeding transactions falling under the same Transaction Type shall not earn any further Successful Referral Incentive. For example, where a Referred User completes a cash-in the amount of at least PhP 200.00, any further cash-in in the amount of PhP200.00 and up during the Promo Period shall not result in any Successful Referral Incentive for the Referring User.

b. The maximum amount of Successful Referral Incentives that a Referring User may earn per Referred User is Php 140.00. Succeeding transactions, regardless of Transaction Type, beyond the maximum amount will no longer garner Successful Referral Incentives.

5.      GENERATION OF REFERRALS AND QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS

STANDARD REFERRAL

A. Standard Referrals will be generated by RCBC/DiskarTech daily (the “Standard Referral Data Generation Date”).

B. The Referring User’s DiskarTech Account will be credited their Standard Referral Incentives for every Standard Referral within two (2) business days after the Referred User’s DiskarTech Account Verification Date (the “Standard Referral Crediting Date”).

C. If the Standard Referral Data Generation Date or the Standard Referral Crediting Date would fall on a weekend or holiday, the respective activity would be rescheduled to the next business day.

SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL

A. Successful Referrals will be generated by RCBC/DiskarTech every Friday of the Promo Period (the “Successful Referral Data Generation Date”).

B. Crediting of Referral Incentives of every Referring User with Successful Referrals will be the succeeding Wednesday after the Successful Referral Data Generation Date (the “Successful Referral Crediting Date”).

C. If the Successful Referral Data Generation Date or the Successful Referral Crediting Date would fall on a holiday, the respective activity would be rescheduled to the next business day.

6.      AWARDING OF CASH PRIZES AND REWARDS

The aforementioned Referral Incentives will be credited to a DiskarTech Account only if crediting such will not cause the balance of their DiskarTech Account to exceed DiskarTech’s PHP 48,000.00 maximum balance limit. For Referring or Referred Users whose balance will exceed the maximum DiskarTech Account balance, the concerned Referring or Referred User has the option to withdraw, transfer, or use their existing money balance to accommodate crediting the incentive amounts.

7.      PROMO SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

DiskarTech Missions, Season 2

1. PROMO ELIGIBILITY 

This promotion is open to all DiskarTech users who have successfully opened a Basic Deposit Account (BDA)  through the mobile app’s electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) facility.  

2. PROMO PERIOD 

From June 9, 2022 to August 3, 2022 

3. REDEMPTION PERIOD 

Claiming of Task Rewards, Mission Rewards, and Grand Rewards are valid until October 2, 2022; sixty (60) days from the end of the Promo Period.

4. PROMO OFFER 

DiskarTech, through its Missions feature, will provide corresponding cash rewards to all qualified DiskarTech users  who accomplish set missions and tasks by conducting the following actions or transactions through the DiskarTech  application: (1) Log-in, (2) Over-the-counter deposits, (3) Fund transfers to DiskarTech from other banks or e wallets via InstaPay, (4) E-Load purchase, (5) E-Pin purchase, (6) Bills payment, (7) DiskarTech to DiskarTech fund  transfers, (8) Insurance purchase, or (9) Telemedicine purchase.  

A raffle will also be held at the end of each entry period during the promo period, and a grand raffle at the end of  the promo period. DiskarTech users will earn raffle entries by performing identified in-app transactions. At the end  of each entry period during the promo period, DiskarTech will provide transactions rebates, and cash prizes of up  to Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,000.00) to ten (10) winners. At the end of the promo period, a Grand Prize worth  Twenty Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 22,000.00) will be given to two (2) DiskarTech users.

5. PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE) 

USER QUALIFICATION 

A. The promo is open to all verified users of DiskarTech who have successfully created a restricted or  fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) (the “DiskarTech Account”). 

B. To successfully create and verify a DiskarTech Account, a user must: 

  • be 18 years old and above 
  • be a Filipino citizen 
  • be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident) 
  • have an ID-type (Primary or Secondary IDs) accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (for the full list of accepted Primary or Secondary ID-types, please visit https://diskartech.ph/faqs/)

C. Fully Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his DiskarTech  account using an accepted Primary ID. 

DISKARTECH MISSIONS FEATURE 

D. DiskarTech’s Missions feature will allow qualified users to earn corresponding cash rewards (“Reward”) whenever they accomplish the following actions or transactions (“Tasks”) in the  DiskarTech application: 

a. Log-in – The user must log-in to the DiskarTech app 

b. Over-the-counter deposits – The user must deposit via any DiskarTech partner cash-in  merchant; 

c. Fund transfers to DiskarTech from other banks via InstaPay – The user must transfer funds to  DiskarTech from other bank accounts or E-Wallets via InstaPay; 

d. E-Load purchase – The user must purchase any of the available load products and load  promo offerings in DiskarTech; 

e. E-Pin purchase – The user must purchase any of the gaming, utility, or prepaid pins available  on DiskarTech; 

f. Bills payment – The user must use DiskarTech to pay through any of its available billers; 

g. DiskarTech to DiskarTech fund transfers – The user must transfer funds from their DiskarTech  account; 

h. Insurance purchase – The user must purchase insurance products from DiskarTech; or 

i. Telemedicine purchase – The user must purchase a Telemedicine product from DiskarTech. 

E. Qualified users may access DiskarTech Missions through the “Mission” button on DiskarTech’s lower  panel home screen. 

MISSIONS AND TASKS FOR PROMO PERIOD 

F. For the duration of the promo period, DiskarTech users will be provided the following Missions and  corresponding Tasks for them to accomplish in order to receive the corresponding Rewards which  they can claim only once.:

Note that RCBC to DiskarTech transfers are not considered as valid transactions for this Mission.  DiskarTech is a product of RCBC and transfers from RCBC to DiskarTech are considered as Internal Fund  transfers. 

Mission 4: Buy Load na! (E-Load purchase)

Mission 5: Buy Pins na! (E-pin purchase) 

Mission 6: Pay Bills na! (Bills payment) 

Note that there is no Mission Reward for this Mission.

Mission 7: DiskarTech to DiskarTech Transfers! (DiskarTech to DiskarTech fund transfers)

TASK REWARDS AND MISSION REWARDS 

H. Qualified users must accomplish actions and corresponding conditions set in each of the Missions  and their respective Tasks indicated in 5.G. 

I. Upon completion of a Task, qualified users will be able to and must claim the corresponding Task  Reward detailed in 5.G. The Task Reward will be credited directly to the DiskarTech user’s account  real-time upon claiming by clicking the “claim” button in the Missions tab in the app. 

J. Completion of all the Tasks of a Mission and the claiming of all the Task Rewards will mean that the  user accomplished the Mission and will entitle the user to the Mission Reward detailed in 5.G, which  will automatically be credited to their account. Failure to claim all the Task Rewards within the  Promo Period will not entitle the user to the Mission Reward.  

K. Users who fail to claim their Task Rewards during the promo period may still claim their Task  Rewards within the Redemption Period. Process of claiming is detailed in 7.H. 

WEEKLY RAFFLE 

L. At the end of each entry period during the promo period, an electronic raffle draw shall be held to  pick two (2) batches of winners, consisting of five (5) winners each. The same pool of entries will be  used for both batches of winners of the weekly raffle. 

M. The prize for the first batch of five (5) winners will be equal to ten percent (10%) of their highest  value transaction within the corresponding period, capped at Two Hundred Pesos (PHP 200.00). To  qualify for this electronic raffle, a qualified user must have made at least four (4) qualified  DiskarTech transactions detailed in 5.U. For Buy Load transactions to be qualified, the denomination  bought per transaction has to be at least One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00). 

N. The prize for the second batch of five (5) winners will be equal to Two Thousand Two Hundred Pesos  (PHP 2,200.00). To qualify for this electronic raffle, a qualified user must have made at least four (4)  qualified DiskarTech transactions detailed in 5.U. For Buy Load transactions to be qualified, the  denomination bought per transaction has to be at least One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00).

Q. At the end of the promo period, an electronic raffle draw shall be held to pick two (2) winners from  the pool of qualified promo entries. The prize will be equal to Twenty Two thousand Pesos (PHP  22,000.00). To qualify for the electronic raffle, a DiskarTech User must have completed at least  fifteen (15) qualified Tasks from the Missions detailed in 5.G.

6. Selection of Winners

7. Awarding of Cash Prizes and Rewards 

A. Task Reward – upon completion of a Task, the user must claim the corresponding Task Reward by  clicking the claim button in the Missions tab in the DiskarTech app. The Task Reward will be credited  directly to the user’s DiskarTech Account real-time upon claiming the Task Reward.  

B. Mission Reward – the Mission Reward will be credited automatically to the user’s DiskarTech  Account for completing all Tasks within the Mission. Note that completing all Tasks means performing all transactions, in accordance with the specific conditions, and claiming all Task  Rewards. A Mission Reward will not be credited if the user has either not completed required Tasks  or has missed claiming a Task Reward. 

C. Weekly Raffle Prizes – An SMS, email, and mail will be sent to the winning users to notify them of  their prize, as well as instructions on how to claim it, within three (3) business days from their  respective draw dates. The SMS notification, will be sent to their existing contact details in the  DiskarTech app. Validity of claiming of prize is up to 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise,  shall be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior approval of DTI. 

D. Grand Raffle Prizes – An SMS, email, and mail will be sent to the winning users to notify them of  their prize, as well as instructions on how to claim it, within three (3) business days from their  respective draw dates. The SMS notification will be sent to their existing contact details in the  DiskarTech app. Additionally, an online event will be held using DiskarTech’s online channel(s) to  officially award the grand raffle prize to the two (2) winners. Validity of claiming of prize is up to 60  days from receipt of notification otherwise, shall be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior approval  of DTI. 

E. All Qualified Users who join this promo hereby agree to waive bank secrecy, privacy or data  protection laws in relation to this promo and consent to the posting of their names, photos and other particulars, as may be determined by RCBC, in DiskarTech’s pages for promo winner  announcements. 

F. Weekly Raffle prizes are to be credited to the winner’s DiskarTech Account within two (2) business  days upon the prize winner providing of a photo for posting in DiskarTech’s pages. 

G. Grand Raffle prizes are to be credited to the winner’s DiskarTech Account within one (1) business  day upon the prize winner attending the online event mentioned in 7.E.. 

H. Within five (5) business days after the end of the Promo Period, each qualified user will receive a  notification of the amounts of their unclaimed Task Reward(s) via their registered mobile number on  DiskarTech. The user must signify his/her intent to claim by following the instructions given via SMS  within the Redemption Period. Upon confirmation of intent to claim, the user shall be credited the  corresponding Task Reward(s) and Grand Reward within the next five (5) business days. Failure to  reply with their intent to claim will result in the forfeiture of all unclaimed Task Reward(s) and Grand  Reward after the lapse of the Redemption Period. 

I. Rewards may be claimed and credited to the user’s DiskarTech Account only if (a) the Reward has  not yet expired and (b) crediting such will not cause the balance of such account to exceed  DiskarTech’s PHP 48,000.00 maximum balance limit.
