MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech waived card fees Promo 

  1. PROMO ELIGIBILITY 

This promotion is open to all SSS Members who avail of the MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech and complete the card application process during the first month since public launch targeted on September 26, 2025

Promo Period is from September 26 to October 31, 2025

  1. PROMO OFFER 

RCBC DiskarTech will waive the Two Hundred Pesos (Php200.00) card fee for all qualified SSS members who avail of the MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech during the specified promo period. 

  1. PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)

USER QUALIFICATION

A. The Promo is open to all qualified SSS Members without an RCBC DiskarTech account who availed of the MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech

B. The SSS member must be able to fully complete the MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech onboarding process and card availment to qualify

C. To successfully avail of a MySSS Card powered by DiskarTech, an SSS member must:

a) Step 1: MySSS Card Application via the My.SSS portal

    • be registered with PhilSys and issued with PhilSys Number (PSN)
    • a qualified SSS member with a My.SSS account
    • have an updated email address, mobile number, local mailing or home address in SSS records
    • have no UMID ATM/Pay Card enrolled in SSS 
    • not have an active RCBC DiskarTech account at the time of MySSS Card application via the My.SSS portal

    b) Step 2: RCBC DiskarTech account opening process

      • must have the SSS Transaction Number from the My.SSS portal application process
      • must have the SSS number
      • be 18 years old and above
      • be a Filipino citizen
      • be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)

      c) Step 3: MySSS Card availment via the RCBC DiskarTech app 

        • upon successful account creation, SSS member must follow the in app steps to avail of the MySSS Card

        5. Promo Scope and Limitations

        • Transactions deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo.  Said transactions deemed to be fraudulent will be subject to clawback.
        • Taxes, if any,  will be shouldered by RCBC.
        • All employees of RCBC, its affiliates, its advertising agencies including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promotion.
        • In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
