This promotion is open to all DiskarTech users who:
- Have a Community or fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) and Regular Savings Account (RSA).
- Complete successful fuel purchases at participating Fuel Company stations using the RCBC DiskarTech QRph feature during the promo period.

3. PROMO OFFER
RCBC DiskarTech will entitle 10 raffle winners to a Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5000.00) cashback reward. DiskarTech users may earn raffle entries for every successful fuel payment made via Scan-to-Pay QRph at participating stations.
Winners will be selected via online raffle draws.

4. PROMO MECHANICS (STEPS TO PARTICIPATE)
USER QUALIFICATION
- Have a Community or fully verified Basic Deposit Account (BDA) and Regular Savings Account (RSA).
- To successfully create and verify an RCBC DiskarTech Account, a user must:
A. be 18 years old and above
B. be a Filipino citizen
C. be a non-US person (i.e. must not be a US citizen or US resident)
D. have an ID-type (Primary or Secondary IDs) accepted by the DiskarTech Mobile App (for the full list of accepted Primary or Secondary ID-types, please visit https://diskartech.ph/faqs/).
○ Fully Verified BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Primary ID.
○ Community BDA – A DiskarTech account created by a user who successfully created his or her DiskarTech account using an accepted Secondary ID.
○ Raffle Registration – Submission of completely answered Gas Up sa DiskarTech Raffle Google Form with complete and true details and information.
QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS
A. General Mechanics
- Raffle entries will be given for every successful Scan-to-Pay fuel transaction made via QRph at any QRph enabled gas station, given that the user has registered for the raffle through the official Gas Up sa DiskarTech Raffle Google Form.
- A minimum transaction amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) on any gas station fuel purchase must be transacted through DiskarTech’s Scan-to-Pay feature using QRph to count as a successful transaction.
- The number of successful fuel purchases/payments during the promo period shall be equivalent to the number of entries the user shall receive.
- Multiple transactions, regardless of count, will be considered as to the number of entries that meet the minimum transaction amount. Refer to the table below:

PROMO INCENTIVES/RAFFLE PRIZES
- Prizes: Five (5) winners will win Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) each in every month of the duration of the promo period.
- A DiskarTech user can only win once in all the raffle draws for the entire Promo Period.
- The deadline for earning raffle entries is June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM.
- Announcement of winners will be made within five (5) banking days from the draw on DiskarTech’s official Facebook page.
- Winners will be drawn on a monthly basis at 3:00PM at RCBC Office 25F A.T. Yuchengco Centre, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, to be witnessed by a DTI representative via Google Meet. Refer to monthly draw schedule below:

CONTROL MEASURES
- For successful transactions to qualify as raffle entries, only transactions made by users who registered for the raffle through the Gas Up sa DiskarTech Raffle Google Form are eligible for the draw.
- Once a user successfully registers for the raffle, all eligible transactions made during the entire Promo Period, whether completed before or after the time and date of registration, will be counted as raffle entries.
- No transactions shall be considered as raffle entries if the user fails to register. Unregistered DiskarTech users are not entitled to any raffle entries, regardless of the number of transactions made.
- All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user will be qualified for corresponding raffle entries.
- Drawn winners on the first draw will be disqualified from succeeding draws during the Promo Period.
- The announcement of raffle winners will be made anytime within five (5) banking days from the draw on DiskarTech’s official Facebook page.
- Official winner notification – winners will be notified via registered mail.
- Cash prizes will be credited directly to the RCBC DiskarTech account of the raffle winners within thirty one (31) days from the official notification. The prizes are non-expiring.
- By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
5. Promo Scope and Limitations
- Users must ensure the submission of the Gas Up sa DiskarTech Raffle form to qualify for the raffle draws. Users who have Qualified Transactions but are not registered to the Raffle Form are not eligible to participate in the draw.
- Before the approval of the promo, DTI representative/s will be invited to verify the electronic system to be used for the promo.
- DTI representative/s will be invited to witness the raffle draw. The entries shall be presented to the DTI representative before the drawing of winners. Transaction details may be checked to validate the drawn winners. The sponsor shall submit to the DTI the list of complete names, address, contact number of the winners and their corresponding prizes.
- Winners of raffle draws will be disqualified from succeeding draws during the Promo Period.
- Transactions deemed fraudulent or questionable will be automatically disqualified from the promo. Raffle entries claimed from transactions deemed to be fraudulent will be subject to clawback.
- Taxes, if any, will be shouldered by RCBC.
- All employees of RCBC, its affiliates, its advertising agencies including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle draws.
- In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
